Sharing this month’s November food and fitness events! Another great month full of fitness, drinks, and puppies it seems. Will continue to update this list throughout the  month!

10/31 Rooftop Yoga + Costume Party
Yoga Underground invites you to yoga flow IN COSTUME to DJ Souljah on Monday at the DEC on Dragon at 630pm. This is a 21+ event and tickets are $20. Get yoga, bites, and halloween cocktails from Stoli Vodka.


11/02 Bandier x Pure Barre PH host charity series
Pure Barre Preston Hollow and Bandier are teaming up for a charitable series this month. They are offering a donation class every Wednesday at 11:45am at Bandier in Highland Park with 100% of the proceeds to go to the American Diabetes Association. This is a donation based class.


11/02 Grit Fitness Flexin Flow @ The Bomb Factory
Join GRIT Fitness in partnership with Techweek for a morning Flexin’ Flow (yoga workout) energized with live beats by DJ Lucio and healthy post-class sips and bites. GRIT Fitness founder, Brittani (Brit) Rettig, will lead the class along with her dream team of instructors! Come ready to flow, dance and network with Dallas’ brightest entrepreneurs and tech enthusiasts. The event is free and begings at 7am at The Bomb Factory. 11/03 Silent Disco Yoga + West Village Pop Up @ 630pm
oin Dallas Fitness Ambassadors as they celebrate their one year anniversary with a silent disco yoga event. Slip on noise cancelling headphones, rock out to an awesome Yoga Sculpt class with MJ. The event will also host special pop ups from West Village businesses including Simply Fit Meals, Lorna Jane, Soul Cycle and more. There will also be prizes! Tickets are $15. Grab them now!


11/03 Texas Whiskey Showdown Hosted by Rye51
Make your vote really count at RYE 51. Texas whiskies Herman Marshall, TX Whiskey, and Balcones will be competing for “Best Tasting Texas Whiskey”. Come network and learn more about Lucchese Bootmaker, a 130 year-old premier boot brand.


11/04 Hops for Hounds at Community Beer Co.
Come enjoy great beer for a great cause! Community Beer Co. will be pouring their incredible beer to help benefit local animal rescue group DFW FurGotten Friends. You can enjoy guilt-free beer by knowing each pint sold will benefit a dog in need. Tickets are $20 which gets you three beers and lots of four-legged friends.
There will be food trucks, games and raffle prizes available throughout the night. Dogs will be on-site for adoption, and your dogs are more than welcome to come support their friends in need!

11/04 Cedars Backyard Grand Opening
The Cedars Backyard, Dallas’ First Container Ship Bar is now open! The Grand Opening will be held next Friday, November 4 starting at 5:30pm. Live music will play from 5:30-7:30. Day 1 $1 drinks will be available all night to guests to celebrate. And owners will have a 40 oz Beer Smash (instead of champagne) to toast the new container.


11/05 Ultimate Cocktail Experience at Klyde Warren Park (sponsored)
The “Ultimate Cocktail Experience”, previously known as the Fantasy Bar Draft, began in 2012 to raise money for Trigger’s Toys; a charity providing access to medical care facilities, financial assistance, and core childhood experiences that may otherwise be lost through the treatment process. This year bar concepts will revolve around cultural experiences. Each bar will represent a continent, featuring drinks and aesthetics from the following regions: Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, & South America

11/08 VITAL Charity Ride – Ride for Free
Vital Fitness Studio is putting a spin on giving by hosting special charity rides with the Wilkinson Center on November 8th and 10th at 6:30 p.m. and Young Texas Against Cancer on November 16th at 6:30 p.m. and 19th at 11 a.m. You ride for FREE and VITAL will donate $20 for every bike filled. 11/12 FREE Football and Donuts Workout @ D1 Dallas
You’re invited to celebrate Deep Fried Fit’s 3 year anniversary with an all-levels football workout followed by donuts! No experience required, just a fun workout to mix it up and ends with DONUTS! There will be a trunk show (and possible special appearance of@donutjudge.me) drinks, food, prizes and lots of fun. Plus, it gives me a chance to meet some of you! Make sure to RSVP and bring yo fransssss. It’s FREE.


11/12 East Dallas Love Fest with Evolve and Super Yoga Palace
Evolve Love in Action and Super Yoga Palace are hosting a  pop up benefitting a child or adult in need. Enjoy great music, snacks and libations from Lounge Here, and shopping from evolve’s debut women’s line and it’s brand new men’s line. Twenty percent of all sales will go to support Mosaic Family Services.


11/13 VITAL Fitness V3 Class at Bandier
On November 13th, VITAL Fitness Studio will be teaching their V3 class here at Highland Park Village. at 10am. V3 is a mix of strength, HIIT, and yoga. There will be vendors, and shopping. Bring a mat, shoes, and be ready to sweat.


11/19 Royal Blue celebrates Local Market
Join Royal Blue Grocery Saturday November the 19th for a day packed full of festivities from local vendors! Starting at 7am Royal Blue Grocery will be participating in Highland Park Village’s Local Market. Find Stumptown coffee, fresh breakfast tacos & local juices and pastries available to purchase and enjoy as you walk around the Local Market.

RBG will be grilling out for lunch from 11am to 5pm with 44 Farms. Featuring 100% ground beef hotdogs, hamburgers & cheesburgers served with your choice of potato chips. Loca Linda Wines will be offering complimentary samples of their lines of Jolle Folle & Loca Linda wines. Stop by and pick up Jolle Folle swag and taste these delicious and affordable quality wines.


11/16 Bullies & Brews & Texas Ale Project
Join No Bully Left Behind at Texas Ale Project on Wednesday, Nov. 16th to raise awareness and donations to celebrate North Texas Beer Week with Bully Breeds and local brews. Enjoy craft beer, brew bites, treats for your pups and live music from 6-9pm. Stay tuned for more details! 11/19 Eastside Taco Bike Ride
Eastside Bike Ride is teaming up with Local Hub to collect food to donate to The Stewpot in downtown Dallas. The Local Hub’s Cranksgiving event is on Sunday and invites you to donate food the day before. Bring non-perishable items. Ride rain or shine and meet up at The Lot at 10:30 and kickstands go up at 11:00. After we drop off the food, we’ll run into downtown and partake in tacos at Wild Salsa. The ride will be mostly on Santa Fe Trail and is right at 7 miles to tacos.

11/19 9Round Preston Free Workout Day
Offering a FREE day of workouts to all of our Friends & Family throughout the DFW! Workouts are a half hour, and there are no class times. Bring a friend and be ready to sweat!
Memberships will be offered at a DISCOUNTED rate all day long! Come in and have the BEST 30 Minutes of your day!
