Starting at 9am, Former City Councilwoman Angela Hunt and City of Dallas Bicycle Transportation Manager Jared White will welcome guests and start the inaugural bike ride/walk across the bridge to Mockingbird Station. Enjoy a performance by Bridge the Gap Chamber Players at Mockingbird Station along with different tenants handing out food and promotional items between 10am – 1pm!

Dallas Fitness Ambassadors and West Village invite you to our final silent disco event of the year. Choose from a 55-minute invigorating yoga flow or a 3-mile night run around West Village and Katy Trail.
Head to The West Village Courtyard (by Miniluxe and Lorna Jane) for a fun Silent Disco sweat experience. Slip on noise-cancelling headphones and get lost in the music during your flow or run. There’s limited spaces for both the yoga class and the run. Both activities will take place at the same time and will conclude in a fun fall party in the Courtyard. The photo opps are going to be awesome.
We’ll have wonderful West Village vendors there for post-workout goodies, treatments, and bites, live DJ, and more. Each guest will receive drink tickets for complimentary MichelobULTRA at a nearby restaurant.

Ebony Smith will lead this experience that will offer modifications and adjustments to fit everyone’s needs so that you can explore the poses and breathe deeply, with confidence.
Yoga has no shape, no size and no judgement. It is a journey of self connecting with each breath! In this class we will focus on the breath, and use props to flow move between and explore a variety of poses.

Earn your Thanksgiving with a group workout and competition designed to test strength, speed, and stamina with others who compete everyday in and outside of the gym. This is more than a fitness competition, this is an opportunity to discover what you are truly capable of achieving in a high intensity interval workout format. This workout/competition is intended for all levels of fitness. All proceeds will be donated to Hurricane Relief Efforts in Puerto Rico. Competitors will receive goodies for participation.
