Alright alright. I’ve written a lot about Vietnamese food lately. Sorry. Can’t help it. I eat it a lot. I love pho, and rice porridge with blood bits in it, and bun bo hue. Just wanted to share what my aunt and I had for lunch. Pho Tay Do is reputed for having the best Bun Bo Hue in Dallas.  Bun Bo Hue is a spicy beef noodle soup with thick rice noodles and is revered for having a great balance in sweet, salty, and sour flavor profiles.

Their pho is not bad either. I had the beef pho with skirt flank and meatballs. I liked that it wasn’t as oily or saturated with MSG as some other pho restaurants. If you are craving a different noodle soup to try, this is the place to go for BBH (bun bo hue, not big booty ho$$). It’s definitely key to follow the masses when in search for good food. If you want the best bun bo hue…you follow the mass of Asians that comes to Pho Tay Do religiously to get their fix.
