All the fitness studios that opened in Dallas this year

Dallas is on fireeee with all these new fitness concepts and boutiques. This year alone, we saw over 20 studios and gyms open. So why not list out all the amazing businesses that continue to make this one of the best fitness communities a city has ever seen. Now there’s more variety than ever, how do you even choose? Sharing all the new Dallas fitness studios that opened this year along with whispers of others that are coming soon!

Athletic Zone 214 – a strength and conditioning gym in Trinity Groves that offers group fitness classes like HIIT, bootcamp, and boxing.

Black Swan Yoga – Bishop Arts – our friends at BSY opened their second location in Bishop Arts. You can find free pop up classes held in the BSY courtyard. More details on their events + their grand opening party here.

Corepower Yoga Victory Park – CPY is a yoga studio that offers heated yoga and currently has multiple locations all over DFW. They are also slated to open a location in West Village on Oct 31. If you’re new to Corepower, you can try it for a week for FREE.

Dallas Iron Fitness – a private personal training gym in East Dallas. They also offer 20 group classes to choose from. You can do their week trial for $25.

Dallas Running Company – OKAY, they’re not a studio, but a new shoe store in the Shops of Legacy that offers free gait analysis and has been clutch for finding your Cinderalla running shoe. They offer weekly run groups starting at the store.

EDGE Pilates – a reformer pilates studios in the Dallas Bishop Arts District. This is also part of the EDGE HIIT concept and memberships allow access to both pilates and HIIT classes. They offer an intro special of 3 classes for $30 for either HIIT or Pilates classes.

EVO Fit Dallas – located in the heart of East Dallas, you can find 30 and 45 min HIIT classes. They offer a ridiculous 3 class intro at $3. Not a typo.

Fit Social Club – find both intensity and cycling classes at the Fit Social Club, located in the heart of Uptown. The intro class is $15 with regular drop ins at $25.

F45 – Pretty sure, F45 blew up this year and they’re on almost every corner. With a location in downtown, Victory Park, Bishop Arts, Walnut Hill, Plano and sprinkled throughout North Dallas, you can bet there’s one nearby or coming soon. They offer a mix of HIIT and circuit training. New to the gym? Take advantage of their free week trial.

KIVA Pilates – a new gorgeous pilates studios that offers their own spin of pilates reformer and strength classes. It’s located off Mckinney Ave and the Katy Trail. More details on classes on their site. You can try 3 classes for $29 or take advantage of their intro monthly rate for $99.

Lifthouse is a new gym in Preston Center that opened in early October. Find a mix of group fitness classes and personal training services. For first time clients, your first class is free. They also have intro rates for personal training sessions and body assessments.

Powderheart – is an altitude-inspired concept originally created for folks who love to spend their time on the slopes. The method features 3 custom circuits for a full body workout. Take advantage of their pop up classes in their temp location through the end of the year. Drop ins are $10.

Rushcycle Frisco – new cycling studio in Frisco that offers 45 min rides and also helps you track your stats after each ride. Your first ride is free!

SculptHouse – combines modern pilates with the treadmill for both lengthening, strengthening, and cardio workouts.

Solidcore Preston Hollow – opened their second location in PH Village. Their classes combine pilates and strength training for an intense, full body workout.

Summit Climbing in Plano – Summit opened their newest and largest rock climbing gym in Plano boasting a 32,000 sq ft facility with bouldering, top ropes, lead climbing, auto belay, yoga studio, and gym. Find weekly specials on their site.

Sessions Pilates – opened their third location on Lovers Lane. They offer 50 min music driven pilates reformer workouts. Your first session is $30.

Tight Dallas is a lagree studio that just opened near SMU on Hillcrest. You’ll find 45 min megaformer classes on the schedule and you can get the first two classes for $35.

The12 is a gym concept from California and features circuit style classes that focus on specific target areas and changes each day. They are located in the Shops of Legacy in Plano. To check them out, your first two classes are free!

Treadbarre at PilatesBarre on Devonshire – talk about an in-studio upgrade. PilatesBarre added treadbarre room/classes to their current location. Treadbarre is a sculpt and sprint workout using treadmills and pilates equipment like the chair, resistance bands, and weights.

Trufusion Dallas – right off 75 and Park Lane, you’ll find the massive Trufusion studio. They offer cycling, yoga, boxing, pilates, HIIT, bootcamp, and you can choose from over 65 class styles. They’re still running their promo of $30 for 30 days.

Urban Hippie Yoga – is a new yoga studio in Oak Cliff that combines the practice of yoga, chiropractics and massage into their curriculum. On Tuesdays, you can find donation based classes or drop in for $20.

Y.A.M – Yoga Art Music is a new studio in Lake Highlands that features 24 classes a week in a live art studio. You can also find local artwork in the studio for sale. First class is $5!
